I am one of the founders and a Partner at BBSG. For over 10 years I have been professionally involved in the aviation industry. In my consulting career I have worked for airports, airlines, handling companies, local governments and government agencies, as well as private investors in Poland and in the CEE region. I’ve delivered a variety of consulting projects in the fields of strategy, business plans, feasibility studies, financing and cooperation with investors and private entities.

Currently, I am particularly involved in planning development of airports, airports-airlines cooperation, air service development, connectivity improvement, cooperation of various means of transport. I am interested in the impact of aviation on economic and social development – relationship between development challenges for countries and regions, the aviation sector policy and business decisions at the level of individual entities.

I am a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management, where I earned the MBA title.

I am an advisor, service designer, strategist, entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in carrying out strategic development projects related mainly to service management based on innovation and design (a.o. the concepts of Human Centered Design, Open Innovation and Value Co-creation), both for private and public sector. I am one of the pioneers of the Design Thinking movement in Poland. I am also a co-founder of Service Design Poland – a consulting think-tank operating in the area of service innovation. I have worked as a trainer and facilitator of innovation processes, as well as lecturer for University of Technology, Warsaw; University of Social Sciences and Humanities/School of Form, Poznań.

My experience includes also working on creating systems of investors and exporters assistance centres and other public services, strengthening investment attractiveness of cities and regions, strategies and development models, customer experience improvement.

I hold a masters of German philology degree from University of Poznan. I also graduated from Public Relations at Poznan University of Economics and Business, and Design and Innovation Management at University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

As a sociologist and business analyst I work both with people and data. Having worked for over 10 years in the field of research, currently I use implementation, analytical and methodological experience for my clients representing public sector (economic self-government, educational systems, labour market, social policy, regional development) and private sector (service design, branding). In the aviation industry I am interested in passengers experience and the practical impact on service providers, business partners and carriers.

At BBSG I currently develop a methodology that allows to combine statistical analysis with interdisciplinary research based on anthropology, sociology and service design.

I graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, I am a member of the Polish Sociological Society of (PTS) and an expert of Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA).
